East African Engineering Consultants was founded in 1967 as an unlimited liability company incorporated in Kenya. The policy of the company is to provide engineering consultancy services suited to the needs of developing countries to both public and private clients. This policy includes specialization in engineering infrastructure works under the direction of Kenyan registered engineers, and any other expertise as deemed necessary by the consultancy to achieve the best and suitable level of engineering output desired by the client

Our team is highly skilled and knowledgeable in each of our departmental units which in turn guarantees that our clients will get the best guarantee of success in their projects.
East African Engineering Consultants Limited has the expertise and capacity to undertake large capital intensive projects, developmental projects and infrastructure based projects. We have a good track record of delivering consistently high quality services in the projects we have undertaken. For close to 50 years, we have been involved in numerous projects around Eastern Africa involving, structural engineering, water and waste water management, dam construction and irrigation, mechanical and electrical, transportation, roads and bridges, safety and the environment and health and health related structures.
We have great people working for us and we have the ability to assemble a team of experts quickly for projects that require a wider scope. We have always maintained a great relationship with our peers and have built one of the strongest networks of engineers in Eastern Africa. East African Engineering Consultants Limited provides a dedicated multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy service covering the fields of highways, structures, Water and Sewerage, Urban Development and Irrigation. Regular assignments comprise feasibility studies, soils and material testing, design, preparation of contract documents and specifications, tender evaluation, supervision of construction and post contract evaluation audits. East African Engineering Consultants Limited has regularly been retained by Kenya Government Ministries & Departments and Parastatal Bodies as well as other clients in the Private Sector to provide consulting engineering services at all stages of project development. We have also been retained to give the various clients on their projects.
The firm is conversant with the requirements of International Agencies and has been retained to undertake assignments funded by the African Development Bank, the World Bank, the U.K. Department for International Development and other bodies for the provision of consulting engineering services. East African Engineering Consultants Limited has previously been a training institution for most of the engineers and technicians now in various capacities in this country. It is still the desire of the firm to continue develop this aspect of the profession provided sufficient work and resources are made available to the firm to make it possible to undertake this task, which in our opinion is vital and important in our stage of development.
